A little history...

 

Almost ten years ago, Crestwood Yard Sale day began as a grassroots effort by neighbors in the Crestwood North neighborhood of Birmingham, Alabama, to pool their advertising resources on a single day to run their own yard sales. Our neighbors south of Hwy 78 in Crestwood South are now included. We have been endorsed by Discover Birmingham, REV Birmingham, Greater Crestwood, Inc., and Crestwood North. 

 

2019 was our eighth Yard Sale Day. We have found that lots of folks come out because of the vast number of options for good deals to be found in Crestwood.

 

If you live in Crestwood North or South you are welcome to join the crowd and sign up your sale or you can volunteer to help out with preparations and/or clean-up. 

 

If you visited us last time, thanks for coming out to shop. As the saying goes - "One man's trash is another man's treasure."

 

We are not officially affiliated with either neighborhood association or Crestwood, Inc. No neighborhood funds are used for promotions. No money is made by any of the organizers other than that at their own yard sales. All funds received by participation fees are put directly into the running of and the publicity for Crestwood Yard Sale Day.
